About the Role

The Payroll Support Officer will play a crucial role in facilitating the production of a national payroll service across the Calvary Organisation. This is a fixed-term leave coverage position, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist payroll officers in monitoring, maintaining, and delivering administrative duties associated with payroll preparation for employees across the Calvary group.
  • Provide high standards of service to external and internal customers.
  • Work in accordance with Calvary's philosophy, mission, and vision, ensuring the values of healing, hospitality, stewardship, and respect are reflected in the role.
About You
  • Strong administration and organisation skills with high attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and experience with payroll-related systems is highly regarded.
  • Effective time management and ability to self-prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to use initiative and judgement in resolving problems with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent computer literacy with a knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
