Property Journey Coordinator

This is a role for someone who is meticulous, organized and detail-focused.
- Meet with clients at the point of land settlement to begin their new home journey
- Send introductory emails and follow up calls to kick start the process
- Coordinate with builders and clients to keep project approvals moving forward
- Ensure key milestones are met from pre-construction to handover
- Assist with ACC letters, deposits and pre-construction documents
- Record construction progress stages in Salesforce (slab, frame, etc.)
- Save invoices, receipts and documents in client folders
- Support builders with client communication as needed
- Organize final inspections, property managers and insurance
- Assist with subdivision processes for duplexes (training provided)
What We Need From You:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with CRM platforms - Salesforce an advantage
- Great time management and multitasking abilities
- Initiative to flag issues early and follow through
- Experience in construction, property or conveyancing an asset but not essential
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, Docs and Sheets

- Monday to Thursday: 8am–4:45pm | Friday: 8am–1pm
