About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team, working from our office in Hawthorn. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment services within a consulting, construction, or infrastructure setting. You will work closely with our directors to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients and candidates, and consistently deliver high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable success in delivering recruitment services, proven sales and business development skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be passionate about attending client functions, networking events, and industry-specific forums, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
