Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Psychosocial Risk Specialist to join our client's team. As a Psychosocial Risk Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating psychosocial risks in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Psychosocial Risk Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to identify and manage psychosocial risks in the workplace.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate psychosocial risks.
  • Employee Support
    • Provide support and guidance to employees who are experiencing psychosocial issues.
    • Work with employees to develop plans to manage psychosocial risks and improve their overall wellbeing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Engage with stakeholders to raise awareness of psychosocial risks and the importance of managing them.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to mitigate psychosocial risks.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain reports on psychosocial risks and their impact on the workplace.
    • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
