About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychosocial Risk Advisor to join our team at Michael Page Australia. As a Psychosocial Risk Advisor, you will play a critical role in promoting and implementing company-wide initiatives to minimize psychosocial risk in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted psychosocial SME in the organization and oversee injury management and return to work cases.
- Promote and implement company-wide initiatives to minimize psychosocial risk in the workplace.
- Identify 'at risk' employees and have proactive and preventative conversations with them.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with third-party external providers.
- Collaborate and partner successfully with all senior-level stakeholders to ensure they have the tools to identify psychosocial issues in their team.
- Work with the wider team to promote other health and safety initiatives across the organization.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- An understanding of OHS regulations.
