We're seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Regional Facilities Manager to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality facilities management services to our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks for facilities management and service delivery models.
- Manage the overall performance of regional facility management operations, including maintenance services, minor tenancy refurbishment, relocations, environmental and sustainability programs, and business risk and continuity management strategies.
- Implement agreed performance goals, standards, and measures to inform facility-focused capital and operations and FTE asset management.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks associated with regional facility management operations, programs, and assets, and ensure mitigation where possible.
- Ensure that all facility management maintenance and service requests are resolved efficiently and to established service level agreements, with high degrees of communication and professionalism throughout.
- Lead and oversee a team of Mailroom and/or Concierge professionals, with a portfolio of sites focusing on 6 mixed-size sites across 3 states/territories.
About You:
- Significant experience and knowledge of contemporary facilities management practices, facilities operation, contract management, health and safety practices in the workplace, and associated corporate communications.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, intermediaries, and service providers.
- Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering projects within time, budget, and resource constraints, sustaining outcomes, with experience in the development and management of project budgets, cost modeling, and assessing and managing contracts of work.
- Experience performing vendor management duties, including performance management.
- Willingness and ability to attend work outside of office hours to support maintenance activities that cannot be conducted during normal business hours.
