About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enriching the daily experiences of our residents and fostering a sense of belonging.

  • Support Daily Living Essentials:
  • Assist with practical daily tasks such as changing bed linen, serving meals, and ensuring dining areas are tidy by collecting and managing used dishes.
  • Monitor Health and Well-being:
  • Regularly assess the health and well-being of residents, promptly reporting any concerns to the appropriate channels for swift action.
  • Offer Emotional Support:
  • Be a source of comfort and companionship for residents, building trusting relationships that enhance their quality of life.
About You

We value empathy, attention to detail, and effective communication. Previous experience in retirement living or aged care is advantageous but not essential.
