Transform Customer Experience with AI-Powered Engineering

  • As a leading figure in the field of AI-powered engineering, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable software solutions that transform customer experience.

  • With extensive experience in software development and AI/ML applications, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance productivity and improve business outcomes.

  • Your expertise in developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript or C# will be essential in delivering robust and reusable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement AI-powered software solutions that integrate seamlessly into other teams' workflows and products.

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems and provide technical direction to teams.

  3. Develop and maintain high-quality code bases, assist in documentation for knowledge sharing, and participate in code reviews.

  4. Work on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and addressing inter-dependencies.

  5. Coach and mentor junior members in the team to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.

  • Working knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI applications and how they can enhance software engineering processes.

  • Experience in developing applications using .NET framework, JavaScript frameworks (Next JS), APIs and databases such as Aurora.

  • Experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript or C#) and experience developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).

  • A keen interest in researching new AI tooling and experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Continue, GitHub CoPilot, Aider, Cline, etc.
