Project Director - Sportsfield Development

As a Project Director – Sportsfield Development, you will be responsible for managing all phases of project delivery for larger scale sportsfield and open space construction works.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of sports field and open space construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion within established budgets.
  • Develop and manage detailed project programs, resource plans, and budgets, including cost estimation and financial planning.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and specialist services, negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize value for money.
  • Oversee on-site works, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements, conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and staff, maintaining strong communication and relationships throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
