About Our Dental Practice:

We are a solid, stable dental team looking for an experienced receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes.

The Opportunity:

  • A modern dental practice with 7 chairs offering a wide range of dental treatments
  • A friendly, fun and dedicated team
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
  • Book and amend appointments, answer the phone, update patient records
  • Support the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handle payments
  • Access sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Provide high-end patient care; build and maintain relationships with all clients in a friendly and warm manner

You'll be:

  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday – no weekends ever
  • Previous dental reception experience is highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
  • You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast-paced and dynamic role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful and light-hearted manner
