Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that elevate the skills, safety, and customer service of our last-mile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design comprehensive training programs tailored for last-mile delivery drivers.
  • Create engaging training resources including manuals, video tutorials, and on-road assessments.
  • Manage driver onboarding, ensuring new recruits are fully trained in product handling, assembly, and customer service.
  • Evaluate competencies post-training to confirm readiness and capability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience developing and delivering structured training programs, ideally within logistics, transport, or last-mile delivery.
  • Skilled at creating engaging training materials and assessment tools.
  • Strong understanding of safety compliance, regulatory requirements, and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and coach effectively.
