We are seeking caring and supportive individuals to join our team as Community Support Workers. This is a unique opportunity to start your career in aged care, providing essential services to clients living in their own homes.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be visiting clients in their homes and supporting them with daily tasks, including domestic assistance, shopping trips, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and social activities. You will also have the opportunity to work with clients who require respite care.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking individuals who are caring, supportive, reliable, and willing to learn. If you have a great attitude, a current NSW driver's licence, and a reliable vehicle, we want to hear from you
Benefits:
This is a permanent part-time role, offering flexible days and hours. You will receive on-the-job training and support to complete your Certificate III in Individual Support. Plus, you'll be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days.
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a reliable vehicle, a current NSW driver's licence, and be COVID-19 vaccinated. You will also need to be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or a Permanent resident, allowing access to State Funding for the program.
