About the Role

An exciting, newly-created business-critical position has been established within a global industry-leading organisation to fill a key leadership team role.

This Financial Analysis and Partnership position will provide insightful analysis into key performance trends to drive the company's financial direction forward.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading business partnering, performance management, planning, and decision support for the team.
  • Spearheading strategic projects enterprise-wide.
  • Using your analytical mindset and financial expertise to enhance business performance.


The responsibilities also include leading the Commercial Finance team to drive function performance with P&L ownership and management reporting. You will also partner with divisions and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will drive underwriting profitability analysis by product line, segment, and channel, manage and develop direct reports, and lead reinsurance and capital planning initiatives through robust financial modelling.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Professional who is qualified in accounting and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong attention to detail, enjoy collaboration, and have extensive experience working within a large and complex working environment. Ideally, you will have extensive and proven experience working within the Insurance sector.
