Guest Relations Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing guest relations operations at a venue.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Manage guest check ins and check outs
  • Process online bookings
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests
  • Maintain hotel security

A 7 day roster, including afternoons, overnights, weekends, and peak holiday periods, is required.

Requirements

We seek a mature and reliable individual with strong communication skills and computer literacy. Previous experience in customer service roles and similar positions is highly desirable.
