Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to process supplier invoices, handle customer payments, and manage administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling daily receipts, preparing bank deposits, and maintaining procedural documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Processing: Accurately process supplier invoices, manage supplier information in our database, and prepare bank deposits.
  • Customer Payments: Handle all customer payments and respond to inquiries about receipts.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage filing, archiving, emails, and maintain procedural documentation.
  • Team Support: Assist the Senior Payments and Receipting Officer, Financial Accountant, and Finance Manager with various finance-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Tech One Experience: Must have experience with Tech One.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • Data Entry: Experience with high volume data entry is required.
