Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader Junior School

The role involves contributing to the provision of a quality Christian education by developing and facilitating outstanding learning opportunities for every student from a Christian worldview perspective.

Working with students, teachers, and parents to promote mental health and wellbeing is key. You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

  • Developing and implementing programs to promote mental health and wellbeing;
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to support student wellbeing;
  • Working with parents and carers to promote positive relationships and outcomes for students;
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to student wellbeing;
