We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader in a Junior School setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of student wellbeing and mental health principles.
Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader Junior SchoolThe role involves providing guidance and support to students, teachers, and parents to promote a positive and healthy school culture.
Developing and implementing effective wellbeing programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to integrate wellbeing into the curriculum.
A qualification in student wellbeing or mental health is desirable but not required. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality education.
