Thornbury Castle is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, report generation, and filing.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a 4-star or above establishment.
- Skills: Proficient in verbal and written English, strong IT skills, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
