Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee smooth store operations during opening and closing hours.
  • Supervise employees, including juniors, and provide constructive feedback for growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to achieve exceptional results.
  • Monitor store performance and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster excellent customer service skills and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Prepare food safely, utilizing deep fryers and grills.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills, motivating and guiding a young team towards success.
  • Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Essential Requirements:

  • A valid Food Safety Certificate via an approved course.
  • Proof of working rights, including passport and visa grant for international workers.
  • An RSA Certificate within 30 days of commencing employment.
