Wild Canary Bistro in Brookfield is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, professional, and dedicated Restaurant/Café Supervisor to join our front of house team

**Café/Restaurant Supervisor Café All-Rounder**

We are looking for a bubbly, energetic and motivated individual that can supervise a team of wait staff and deliver a strong customer experience and high standard of service whilst also being a hands-on team member. You must be fast on your feet, able to multitask, have great customer service and work well in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes weekends.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:
Management of a friendly team of staff

Smooth running of operations, setting up and packing down of café

Upholding our high standard of customer service.

Expected to direct, communicate, and motivate the team and will be working and liaising with the owners, chefs and event coordinator.

Greeting customers

Waiting tables

Running food and drinks

Barista experience

General Café duties

**Skills & Attributes;**

You MUST have a minimum of 2 year' experience in people management in a café/bistro or restaurant environment

A hands-on supervisor approach that leads by example.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Must be able to make decisions and will be able to follow and implement new and existing processes

You are customer focused and attentive to your surroundings and customer needs

Be available on weekdays and weekends

Be outgoing and friendly

Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment.

Familiar with Idealpos

Able to work well under pressure.

Work well in a team environment

Must have positive attitude, good work ethic, team player and willing to assist in all necessary daily café duties.

Have a passion for hospitality and customer service

A strong knowledge and passion for local produce, wine and coffee

Reliable and have current RSA

Be available on weekdays and weekend availability essential.

Have Australian work rights (valid for at least 12 months)

We are a 7 day a week operation for breakfast and lunch and require someone flexible across the 7 days.
