We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member, you will provide high-quality personal care to residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

**Job Description:**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
  • Experience in a comparable role.

You will be responsible for providing personal care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and lifestyle according to their individual care plans.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Your own fully insured, reliable vehicle.
  • ABN required.

This is a casual/subcontract opportunity with a salary range of $40-$50 per hour. The ideal candidate will be able to commute/relocate to Balwyn North, VIC. A National Police Certificate and First Aid Certification are preferred.
