Personal Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to provide personal care, hospitality, and housekeeping support to residents.

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older people every day by showing them kindness and care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing personal care and assistance to residents
    • Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and well-being
    • Working collaboratively with other staff members to deliver high-quality care
  • Requirements:
    • Certificate III or IV Individual Support/Disability or Nursing students
    • Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and documentation skills
    • Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week
    • Able to work as part of a dedicated team
    • Demonstrated knowledge of manual handling and safe lifting practices
    • Covid-19 vaccination evidence (mandatory)
    • NDIS Workers Screening Check or willing to obtain one
