Corporate Advisory Lead
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced corporate finance professional to grow their career by working with our advisory partners. As a key team member, you will oversee workflow and support the development of your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of team members and task flow to ensure effective support and development.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on corporate advisory transactions, including business valuations, financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and financial modeling.
- Contribution to a collaborative team culture that fosters open communication, learning, and development to support career growth.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a chartered firm, with at least 4 years in corporate advisory.
- Post-graduate qualification (e.g., CA program).
- Excellent understanding of technical issues and research skills using S&P Capital IQ, IBIS World, and SAI Global.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
