Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge corporate advisory services that drive sustainable growth and inclusivity. As a leading practice in Australia, we are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Corporate Advisory team based in Sydney or Melbourne.

The Role

This role involves providing ongoing corporate advisory services to over 1500 Australian companies, maintaining and updating corporate registers, ensuring compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) requirements, drafting documents to effect changes to companies, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Corporate advisory services including company registrations and deregistrations;
  • Maintenance and update of corporate registers for local and foreign-registered companies;
  • Compliance with corporations legislation and regulations;
  • Drafting and review of corporate documents including director appointments and issue procedures;

You will work collaboratively with colleagues across different locations to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the development of our corporate advisory services.
