Drive Customer-Centric Design Solutions

As a senior UX and UI designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of property management systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative, customer-focused features. You will conduct user research, prototyping, and usability testing to deliver intuitive solutions that enhance user satisfaction and solidify leadership in the strata space.

  • Conduct In-Depth User Research: Gather insights into user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, analysts, and product managers to drive exceptional outcomes as a team.
  • Develop Expertise in Design Tools: Develop expertise in tools like Figma and produce high-fidelity artefacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ Years of Experience: As a UX and UI designer or product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Human-Centred Design Expertise: Show expertise in human-centred design principles and methodologies.
