We have a great opportunity for a Senior UX/UI Designer to help us define and deliver our experience vision across our internet banking and mobile banking platforms. Working within the Research and Design team, reporting to the Senior Design Lead for Internet and Mobile Banking platforms, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Macquarie creates exceptional financial experiences.

What role will you play?

Your role involves shaping and advancing our design standards, crafting innovative and user-friendly UX/UI solutions that address complex challenges while aligning with our organizational goals (OKRs). You will lead user-centered design activities, pushing boundaries and forging new methodologies. Designing and leading workshops for ideation and iteration, whether remote or in-person, will also be key.

Collaborating with Business Analysts, Engineers, Product Managers, Researchers, and other Designers, you will tackle problems, prioritize design activities, and translate research findings into compelling narratives through reports and presentations.

What you offer
  • 5+ years as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with experience conducting UX research
  • Experience shipping multiple digital products with a focus on customer experience
  • An excellent portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for mobile, desktop, and web applications
  • End-to-end design management, including research, iterative design, prototyping, and usability testing facilitation
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and creating artifacts like personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Comfort working in Agile environments with adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Curiosity about user interactions with technology and creating great experiences
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Formal education in Design, Research, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
