In this role, you'll be supported by the Research and Design (RAD) practice, Macquarie's design team dedicated to shaping exceptional customer experiences across digital channels.

What role will you play? Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As a Senior UX and UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Property IQ.
You will collaborate with the Design Lead, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to design innovative, customer-focused features.
By conducting user research, prototyping, and usability testing, you will deliver intuitive solutions that enhance user satisfaction and solidify Macquarie's leadership in the strata space.

• 8+ years of experience as a UX and UI Designer or Product Designer, including conducting UX research and usability testing (Enterprise UX experience is advantageous)
• A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design experience, particularly in shipping digital products within collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
• Expertise in tools like Figma, with the ability to rapidly iterate on designs and produce high-fidelity artefacts
• A passion for human-centred design, with a proven ability to tackle complex challenges while keeping the user front of mind.
