About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by safely navigating local neighbourhoods to deliver shopping orders to customers' homes. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of skills, including safe driving, navigation, and manual handling of groceries.

To excel in this position, you will need to possess an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a clean driving record. Additionally, you will require the confidence to drive through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas, as well as be physically active while on your feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to delivery points.
