Job Opportunity

We are seeking reliable individuals with strong communication skills who are compassionate and have a positive attitude, committed to enhancing the lives of older people.

This role involves visiting clients in their own homes and providing services that may include:

  • Domestic assistance, such as basic housekeeping and laundry
  • Unaccompanied shopping
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our consumers safe

Exact duties will depend on relevant experience and will expand dependent on completion of training. This role operates Monday to Friday, offering flexible work hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with relevant experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or cleaning in other industries and an interest in helping older people with housekeeping tasks in their homes. No aged care experience is required, but it is desirable.

Australian Federal Police clearance (no disclosable outcomes), a First Aid Certificate, a Drivers Licence with a safe driving record, a vehicle, current car registration, comprehensive insurance, a Working with Children Check Clearance, and COVID-19 vaccination, including a booster, are mandatory requirements.
