We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Job Coach. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to empower them to achieve their full potential and successfully transition into sustainable employment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with presenting themselves well to potential employers
  • Understanding client goals and linking them with activities to enhance their skillsets if needed
  • Using influencing skills to connect clients with employers and build employer relationships to secure employment

You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to showcase your customer service and influencing skills.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Solutions-focused with a positive mindset
  • Self-confident and motivated
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Resilient, empathetic, and a team player
  • Current driver's license
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card and Police Clearance
