Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for supporting individuals as they step back into the workforce after injury or illness.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in rehabilitation counselling or psychology and be registered with ASORC or AHPRA. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively and be passionate about guiding individuals through complex life changes.

About the Role
  • Support clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  • Collaborate with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visit workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
