Plant Fleet Maintenance Specialist

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficient performance of our motor vehicle and plant fleet.
Main Responsibilities- Maintenance and repair of heavy diesel engines, vehicle electrical systems, general fleet maintenance/repair, manual, powershift and hydrostatic transmissions, hydraulic systems, and plant/vehicle air conditioning systems.
- Light and medium fabrication, earthmoving machinery maintenance and repair, inspect/repair on highway equipment for registration purposes, and experience in repairing all types of mechanical components.
- Trade Certificate as Heavy Vehicle Motor Mechanic or equivalent qualification;
- SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction card (White Card).
- National Licence to perform High Risk Work for Non-Slewing Mobile Crane, Dogging, Forklift, and Elevating Work Platform;
- Licensed Automotive Air Conditioning Repairer;
- AUSTRALIAN CLASS HR DRIVERS LICENCE progressing to AUSTRALIAN CLASS HC DRIVERS LICENCE.
The position will be classified up to Technical/Trades Band 2, Level 2, Grade 10, with salary ranging from $71,441.12 to $77,054.72 per annum, plus a Level 1 Adverse Working Conditions Allowance where applicable.
