Job Description

The Clinical Research Associate performs monitoring activities related to clinical trials within their country of responsibility.

This role requires delivering high-quality data within tight timelines, adhering to GCP, ICH, local regulations, and SOPs.

The successful candidate will conduct monitoring visits, ensure study milestones are met, and maintain effective communication with sites and stakeholders.

How You Will Add Value
  • Conduct routine monitoring visits and closeout visits
  • Ensure study milestones are met, including recruitment and database analysis
  • Attend training sessions and document monitoring activities appropriately
  • Perform Quality Oversight Visits and complete reports timely
  • Assist with investigator/site identification, contract negotiation, and site queries
Qualification Required

We expect from the successful candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or medical
  • At least one year of monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
