Water and Wastewater Planning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Water and Wastewater Planning Engineer to join our National Asset Management and Planning team.

  • This is a challenging opportunity for an engineering professional looking to take on a leading technical role, contributing to high profile water infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for undertaking key technical tasks across a broad range of projects, working closely with clients, stakeholders and project teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and undertake key technical tasks across a broad range of high profile water infrastructure projects.
  • Participate in client and stakeholder workshops.
  • Prepare well written technical reports on medium to large projects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals on medium to large projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate project team members to achieve project outcomes and meet client objectives and expectations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • A recognised Bachelor's Degree (Engineering) or Equivalent.
  • Proven experience in water supply and sewerage network planning and operation.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations and reports.
  • Chartered status CPENG an advantage.
