Berry Street is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our Transitional Youth Support Service (TYSS) team. As a Case Manager, you will work collaboratively with the broader team to provide a high standard service delivery to homeless or at risk of homelessness young people.

The TYSS program supports young people aged between 16-25 years who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. You will work with young people to strengthen their independence, achieve long-term housing goals, and build on living skills.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Case Manager who can provide a high level of support and case management to young people experiencing homelessness. You will have a strong understanding of the issues affecting young people and be able to build positive relationships with them.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a strong commitment to the values of Berry Street, including child safety and cultural safety.

As a Case Manager with Berry Street, you will have access to regular supervision, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment. You will also be part of a larger organization that is committed to making a positive impact in the community.
