Full Time Team Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated team lead to join our operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating positive experiences for both guests and staff.

About the Role:

  • This position involves leading and supporting a service team across daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards.
  • You will act as the first point of contact for escalated guest or staff concerns, resolving challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Overseeing staff allocations, attendance, and performance, driving engagement in marketing campaigns, and managing cash handling and reconciliation with accuracy.
  • Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to your team, overseeing F&B and event operations, and maintaining safety standards and emergency management readiness.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • A passion for exceptional service and hospitality, with a focus on career growth and self-development.
  • Confidence in multitasking and meeting deadlines, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • RSA, RCG, and ARCG certifications (or a willingness to obtain).
