A distinguished mid-sized plaintiff firm is seeking a talented Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Sydney.


Salary: $70,000-90,000 per annum



Job Description:


As a valued member of the team, you will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files (50-80 depending on experience level), including obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences. You will be working on multiple personal injury claims including CTP, public liability, workers compensation/work injury damages, medical negligence, TPD, and child sexual abuse.


The ideal candidate will have strong technical legal research/drafting + negotiation + advocacy skills with high attention to detail, be client-centric + results/deadline driven, flourish in a vibrant, busy + fast-paced environment, and be a self-starter who loves what they do + is hungry to accelerate their career with a leading plaintiff firm.

Requirements:


We are interested in hearing from talented solicitors with 1-3 years post-admission experience in personal injury law, preferably with practice in at least 2 or more of: CTP, WC/WID, public/occupiers liability, TPD/SUPER, medical negligence, and abuse.
