About the Role

AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Solicitor Assistant to join our client

Our client is a dynamic and innovative plaintiff personal injury law firm with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results for their clients.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior team to assist in the management of personal injury cases, including Workers Compensation/Work injury damages and Public Liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients, other solicitors, insurers, and doctors to gather information and assist with case management;
  • Undertaking legal research, reviewing clinical/medical notes, and drafting legal documents;
  • Assisting with the preparation of cases for court, including briefing counsel and filing documents;
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing.
