Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence.
  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve optimal results in sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Closely monitor store sales and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to company rostering standards and targets.
  • Coach and mentor team members to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development.
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national legislation.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
