Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of investment risk frameworks that align with regulatory standards.
  • Provide independent oversight and challenge across all investment risk types.
  • Partner with senior investment leaders to support risk-informed decision-making and optimise risk-adjusted returns.
  • Maintain compliance with APRA standards and internal mandates.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the financial wellbeing of our members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in risk management within financial services, ideally superannuation.
  • Proven leadership in managing technology and operational risk at an enterprise level.
  • Strong knowledge of APRA Prudential Standards (CPS 230, CPS 234), ISO standards, and relevant frameworks.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Risk, IT, or related fields; professional certifications are highly regarded.
