Senior Creative Lead

As a senior creative professional, you will lead a team of designers and drive product development and design excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing products for our store, including Bedlinen, Cushions & Throws, and Bathe Towels & Robes categories.
- Design and develop products within agreed deadlines.
- Manage a Design Assistant and collaborate with the Design team to create artwork and product designs.
- Conduct trend and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with the sourcing team to develop products from design concept to sampling stage.
- At least 5 years of experience in design and leadership.
- Proficiency in Adobe design suite and Microsoft office.
- Product or textile design experience.
- High level of commercial creativity.
- Ability to interpret and create design briefs.
- Strong knowledge of global trends.
