We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our skilled maintenance team and oversee the performance of high-speed machinery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing maintenance projects, driving process improvements, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance for high-speed machinery to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Supervise contractors and manage capital projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records to track equipment performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards to protect employees and equipment
Requirements
  • Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Holds a mechanical trade certificate and has a proven track record of leading and managing maintenance teams
  • Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance with a focus on optimizing equipment performance
  • Proven leader with strong team management abilities and a focus on safety and compliance
  • Knowledgeable about OHS&E standards and modern maintenance practices with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Capable of managing contractors and overseeing complex projects with a focus on timely and within-budget completion
  • Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and problem-solving skills
