Customer Due Diligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to deliver Ongoing Customer Due Diligence obligations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operationalising Great Southern Bank's AML/CTF Program, ensuring the compliant delivery of all relevant responsibilities.

  • Deliver processes that operationalise Chapter 15 of the AML/CTF Rules and the Bank's AML/CTF Program.
  • Execute to processes and procedures designed to achieve regulatory standards.
  • Cultivate and foster professional working relationships with peers, leaders and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in customer onboarding and/or KYC.
  • Demonstrated understanding of identification and verification including KYC/AML regulatory compliance documents.
  • Proven customer service orientation with clear accountability and ownership of delivery outcomes.
