About the Role

As a Fine Dining Chef, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Head Chef and team in the day-to-day operation of our kitchen. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing dishes with care, attention to detail, and presentation that meets the highest standards.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
  • Supporting the training and mentoring of junior staff, helping to build a positive team culture.
  • Working multiple sections and flexible hours as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in a pub, restaurant, or casual dining venue.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A Food Safety Handler's certificate.
