About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a Therapeutic Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work with a wide variety of client presentations across many community care settings.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to enable clients meet their goals
  2. Provide in-home interventions such as equipment prescription, home modifications and client education
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
Key Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications and current registration as an occupational therapist
  • Previous experience within a community or acute setting
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Effective time-management and clinical problem-solving skills
