The Asia-Pacific Controls Deployment and Service (APAC CDS) team delivers and services control systems monitoring and ensuring the health of our data centers. APAC CDS' mission is to provide our customers with unmatched reliability, security, and performance that we're known for. We cover three core disciplines of deployments (of control systems in new data centers), projects (of controls capital improvement works at live data center sites), and service (of control systems at live data center sites).

**What We Do**:

  • Process Work Orders, Change Orders, and Purchase Requests with accurate documentation and vendor coordination
  • Partner with teams to complete critical deliverables
  • Provide Operational Planning (OP1/2) inputs and support multi-million dollar project procurement processes
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline routine coordination tasks
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop systematic improvements across coordination workflows

A Day in the Life: Your involvement will directly impact the growth and scalability of our digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for understanding the entire construction and deployment lifecycle, data center design types, vendor systems, and their impact on multi-million dollar deployment projects. In this role, you will spend half your time processing critical operational tasks and the other half driving continuous improvements across operations.
