Job Title: Senior Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced kitchen professional to join our team as a Senior Kitchen Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard.

You will be working closely with our head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

As a senior member of the kitchen team, you will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting junior staff members, ensuring that they receive the training and guidance they need to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Mentor and support junior staff members
Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 in Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
