Clinical Team Lead

The Discipline Area Manager will collaborate with Managers to ensure the team is trained, supported, and held accountable to performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive accountability to performance metrics and clinical standards.
- Develop strategies to enhance a positive work culture and foster teamwork.
- Implement individual clinician career development plans to support clinical growth.
- Maintain a clinical caseload (21 billable hours per week).
The ideal candidate should be able to meet and exceed billable hour/KPI expectation. They must have proven ability to maintain clinical standards and positive patient outcomes. Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills are also required to lead and drive excellence.
