We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Disability Support Worker to provide support and care to individuals with disabilities.

**Responsibilities**:
Personal Care:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, ensuring their dignity and independence are preserved.

Medication Assistance:
Provide medication management, including administering medications, monitoring clients' reactions, and accurately recording medication intake.

Community Access and Social Integration:
Accompany clients to social events, appointments, and community activities, acting as a companion and liaison with external service providers.

Household Duties:
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry, to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.

Transportation Services:
Provide transportation to clients, ensuring they attend appointments, activities, and errands on time and in a safe manner.

Respite Care:
Offer respite care to family caregivers, providing them with a much-needed break to recharge and rejuvenate.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client care, progress notes, and report any significant changes in the client's health status.

Certifications: Possess a valid First Aid certificate, and have (or be willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check (WWCC).Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, physical stamina, and a proven record of providing dedicated care to clients.Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 38 per week
