About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Graduate Rehabilitation Consultant. In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
  • Conduct a range of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
  • Use lateral thinking and forward planning skills to identify potential return-to-work pathways
  • Collaborate with clients, families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors
  • Present case information and provide credible recommendations to drive desired outcomes
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Appropriate registration with AHPRA
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current driver's license and car
